Nine reach tanks (min / current / projected), then a Kaub-style official + WSV series for Basel, Maxau, Mannheim, Mainz, Kaub, Koblenz, Köln, Duisburg and Emmerich, then the Getaway ports by embark date. Tanks show water over the sill, not raw pegel cm. Ports stay red / yellow / green from min sailable, today, WSV at that noon when it exists, and usable draft after 30 cm UKC. Kaub is the gate. WSV hourly outlook is about four days; 1–6 week chips are BfG weekly means at Maxau, Kaub, Cologne and Duisburg. Later Getaway calls without a matching week are colored from today.
Height is water over the controlling sill, not the pegel number. Kaub 28 cm on the gauge is about 1.4 m of water. Min to sail a Longship is ~1.6 m (≈ 48 cm at Kaub).

Current sailings
Sections of the Danube, Elbe and Rhine Rivers have experienced abnormally low water levels this summer. As a result, select Viking river itineraries may be modified. While recent rainfall has provided some improvement, precipitation has been sporadic and conditions remain dynamic. Water levels remain below normal in certain sections of the rivers, and some itinerary adjustments may still be necessary. Viking's nautical and operational teams are closely monitoring conditions and working to minimize any impact to guests' travel experiences.
